Meru County Headquarters is MIDC’s inaugural real estate development project. The project comprised of the transformation of the facility from a bottom tier hotel to a modern office block facility scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The facility covers approximately 36,000 sqft and is intended to host the County Executive comprising of the Governor, select county departments as well as MIDC.
