Meru County Headquarters is MCIDC’s inaugural real estate development project. The project comprised of the transformation of the facility from a bottom tier hotel to a modern office block facility which was completed and occupied in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The facility covers approximately 36,000 sqft and currently hosts the County Executive comprising of the Governor, several CECMs and select county departments as well as MCIDC.
